Open to full-time Product Manager & AI Growth roles

Most teams pull one growth lever. I build AI products that pull all three.

8+ years in product across fintech, healthcare, telecom, and services. Proven results in acquisition, LTV, and retention, built with Claude, n8n, Voice AI, and agentic workflows.

What I solve

The three levers

  1. 01 / Customer Acquisition

Win and convert high-intent users with lower CAC.

  2. 02 / Value Expansion (LTV)

Maximize account value and monetization depth through personalized lifecycle systems.

  3. 03 / Retention & Stickiness

Turn early users into long-term accounts via behavioral triggers and proactive support.

Proof

One lever at a time, measured

Lever 1 · Customer Acquisition

Triumph Financial

Freight fintech payments platform

Problem
New carriers stalled during onboarding, slowing adoption of a new payments platform.
What I did
Led product discovery and delivery; introduced AI-assisted invoice parsing and automated verification prototypes; aligned Sales, Marketing, and Operations on launch.

  • AI prototyping
  • GTM

Result

  • from 0to 22,000

Active adoption (user accounts) · in 12 months

  • from 10%to 25%

Onboarding conversion · in 3 months

  • +30%

    Day-1 adoption

Lever 2 · Value Expansion (LTV)

FirstLight

Healthcare Services & Operations

Problem
Inbound prospect inquiries went cold due to slow triage, while existing client care updates remained manual, generic, and unscaled.
What I did
Built autonomous lead nurture workflows via n8n and Claude that parsed intake transcripts into customized care proposals; deployed dynamic lifecycle touchpoints triggered by care milestones.

Result

  • from $9,000to $17,000

Customer LTV · in 6 months

  • from 60%to 90%

    90-day retention · in 6 months

  • from 2%to 10%

    Lead-to-client conversion · in 3 months

Lever 3 · Retention & Stickiness

Triumph Financial

Freight fintech payments platform

Problem
Too many users didn't come back after their first visits.
What I did
Implemented contextual in-app behavioral analytics and event-driven triggers to reach users at the right moment.
  • Product analytics
  • Event-driven triggers
  • Engagement

Result

  • from 50%to 70%

    30-day returning users · in 6 months

Earlier at Transamerica: drove user engagement up 35% and partnered with data engineering on predictive customer segmentation behind acquisition initiatives that generated $75M in cumulative revenue.

Inbound Lead Triage Agent

Problem
Sales reps lose buyer intent while they manually research and qualify each inbound lead.
What I built (n8n + Claude)
A webhook receives a new lead → Claude scores it 1–10 against an ideal customer profile, assigns a tier, writes a company summary and a personalized 3-sentence email → a JavaScript step validates the output → the record is logged to a Google Sheets pipeline.
Result
In testing, a form submission becomes a scored, tiered lead with a draft email in about 3.8 seconds.
What I'd do next
Add a live company-data lookup so summaries aren't limited to the model's own knowledge, and flag low-confidence scores for human review.

  2. Step 2ClaudeScore 1–10, tier, summary, email

Process

How I work

  1. 1

    Discover

Talk to users and find the metric that matters.

  2. 2

    Prototype with AI

Build a working version in days, not months.

  3. 3

    Experiment

Test with real users and measure the result.

  4. 4

    Scale

Automate what works and roll it out.

About

Engineer turned product builder

I started in engineering (B.S. Electrical Engineering, UC San Diego) and moved into product. I've led products in fintech at Transamerica and Triumph Financial, and driven growth in healthcare services. Today I build with AI to move acquisition, customer value, and retention.
